1. Our Commitment
Mango is built around real, local communities. We want every member to feel safe connecting with people around them, and we take reports of unsafe behavior seriously.
2. Meeting People in Person
- Meet in public places for the first few times
- Tell a friend or family member where you're going
- Trust your instincts — leave if something feels off
- Avoid sharing financial information with people you've just met
3. Protecting Your Information
- Avoid sharing your home address in chats or posts
- Use Mango's in-app messaging until you're comfortable sharing more
- Be cautious of anyone asking for money or personal documents
4. Reporting & Blocking
Every profile, message, and post on Mango can be reported directly from the app. You can also block any user to immediately stop them from contacting you or seeing your activity.
5. Community Guidelines
Content and behavior that violate our guidelines include:
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech
- Impersonation or fake profiles
- Sexually explicit or exploitative content
- Spam or attempts to scam other members
6. Emergency Situations
